                                                                                                                            tooth Structure
The main component of the tooth is the dentin. A tooth consists of two basic parts: the crown and root. Crown protrudes above the gum into the mouth. Root in the socket is fastened by means of periodontitis, which is protecting an tissue connecting the tooth and the alveolus wall .. on the border between the crown and neck is the neck.
Deciduous teeth (temporary)
The dog has 28 milk teeth. They fall in dogs aged 4-6 months, giving way to permanent teeth. Loss of milk teeth is due to the development and growth of permanent teeth, which are oppressing cause destruction of the surrounding blood vessels and progressive root resorption of milk teeth. After dissolving calcium salts and other soft parts is the root of the disappearance of a milk tooth remnant hanging on the edge of the gum slowly and then falls supplanted by a permanent tooth. Teeth are dead long before falling out.

Permanent Teeth
The dog has 42 permanent teeth. The upper jaw is 20, and 22 lower teeth.

According to the shape and activity stands out:
Incisors (I- Incisivi) - three on each side in each half of the upper jaw and lower jaw. The first incisor is located on the midline of the upper jaw and lower jaw, and moving him into second chopper circuit and the third incisor. Incisors adhere strictly to himself. Mandibular incisors are smaller than the upper teeth. (total 12 teeth)

Canines (C-Canini)-are the incisors. These teeth chwytnymi. When closed, mouth cavity of the jaw teeth are just before the fangs of the upper jaw. Fangs of the upper jaw are positioned almost vertically, while the lower jaw obliquely, and often parallel to it because of the construction of the jaw. (total 4 teeth)

Premolars (P-Praemolares) - in their teeth properly after 4 in each half of the upper jaw and lower jaw, but it is counted from the rear to the front. The upper jaw is the largest przedtrzonowiec first tooth, and because of the usefulness of the food is called breaker .. przedtrzonowiec fourth jaw is the smallest of all przetrzonowców, and sometimes it can be missing, what is the cause of canine setting. (total 16 teeth)

Molars (M-Morales) - in half of the upper jaw has 2 molars and lower jaw molars 3. In the first trzonowiec jaw, which is the largest tooth of the lower jaw is called because of its function a breaker. (total 10 teeth)                                           Eyes
medium size, almond shaped, set slightly obliquely, niewyłupiaste, adapted to coat color, as dark as possible, expression of eyes - a lively, clever, indicating the self-confidence.
German Shepherd has ears facing a mid-size, which are worn straight and equally addressed (not pulled to the side), they are completed and małżowinami Spitz set forward. Soft or hanging ears are faulty. Ears worn worn przylegająco located to the rear while in motion or at rest are not faulty.
Should be strong, well muscled and without excess skin (dewlap). Arrangement for the body (horizontal) is about 45%.
Topline runs without visible interruption of the base of the neck by a well-shaped cloud and the very slightly sloping to the horizontal back up to slightly falling croup. The back is stiff, strong and well muscled. Loins are broad, strongly shaped and well muscled. Croup should be long and slightly sloping (about 23 degrees to the horizontal line) and without stopping the line to go in the seating of the upper tail.

Seen from the side are straight, viewed from the front of an absolutely parallel. Shoulder and upper arm are of equal length and by strong musculature strictly adhere to the body. The angle of shoulder and arm in an accident is a perfect 90 degrees, and generally up to 110 degrees. Both elbows on the stand as well as traffic may be neither protruding nor deeper than. Seen from the side of the forearms are straight and mutually parallel to each other absolutely, dry, and strongly muscled. Pastern has a length of about 1 / 3 of the forearm and is for 20 to 22 degrees with respect to him. Both the too obliquely facing pastern (more than 22 degrees) and too steep pasterns standing (less than 20 degrees) limits the usefulness, especially for endurance. At extreme forward head and a slightly raised tail is obtained in a quiet trot, quivering slightly, but not the dotted line extending from the tops of ears, by the neck and back, until the end of the tail.
It is (loosely) dolegająca, but without creating folds.
